RETURNS
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, and the vast majority of our customers are more than pleased with Bio Green Clean’s results. We do have a money-back guarantee, for those rare occasions when customers are not satisfied. Please include the original packing slip in order to receive a refund, as well as a note explaining your dissatisfaction. Returns sent more than 30 days after purchase will not be accepted. Refunds will not include any shipping costs. Returned items that are intended for a refund must contain a reasonable amount of product (at least 3/4 full), which will be determined when the returned product is inspected.
